Product Introduction
The radiator recycling machine is a large-scale separation equipment specializing in processing air-conditioning radiator fin and automobile water tank radiator fin. It has a high separation effect on copper, iron, aluminum and other materials in radiator fin. The separation rate can reach 98%. The development of this equipment successfully solves the cost and efficiency problems caused by manual disassembly and separation.
Working process
Through the first crusher, the equipment breaks the bulk material into 5-10cm size. After conveying to the crusher for secondary crushing, the crushed material is 10-15mm in size. Through the screening of magnetic separator, the magnetic material such as iron is separated from the crushed material. After the separation of copper and aluminium by vibration separator, copper, iron, aluminium dust and other substances are eventually separated.
